As we welcome the beautiful Dhaka winter, join us for a refreshing afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation!

Yoga Social brings together a relaxing Vinyasa Flow Yoga session designed to help you stretch, unwind, and reconnect with yourself, followed by some refreshing drinks and lovely conversations with fellow moms.

Meet Your Instructor – Dola 🌸

A mother herself, Dola brings 8 years of yoga teaching experience in Dhaka. She specializes in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Acupressure, Deep Tissue Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and is also experienced in Mom & Baby Yoga.

Whether you’re new to yoga or already love your time on the mat, come enjoy a little movement, a little self-care, and meaningful connections as we ease into the cozy winter season.
