As we welcome the beautiful Dhaka winter, join us for a refreshing afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation!

Yoga Social brings together a relaxing Vinyasa Flow with your Child Yoga session designed to help you stretch, unwind, and reconnect with yourself, followed by some refreshing drinks and lovely conversations with fellow moms.

Meet Your Instructor – Dola 🌸

A mother herself, Dola brings 8 years of yoga teaching experience in Dhaka. She specializes in Vinyasa Flow with your Child Yoga, Acupressure, Deep Tissue Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and is also experienced in Mom & Baby Yoga.

Whether you’re new to yoga or already love your time on the mat, come enjoy a little movement, a little self-care, and meaningful connections as we ease into the cozy winter season.

Yoga routine is planned around relaxation so moms with infants, crawlers, early walkers, toddlers and young children and comfortably participate.
For infants, they can relaxedly be on your mat, and and We will have volunteers to be near the moms to support with moving babies and children in front of moms, we will have a play mat area besides moms yoga mat arrangement.
